Innovation for all
People with the capability to innovate is today one of the most valuable assets in any company aiming for a successful transformation. Unfortunately, many companies think that this is solely a task for the few and this can be resolved with tools and methods. We see the need for an inclusive leadership and to ensure that all are onboard in this process. A first step may very well be to get everyone to talk about information as an asset throughout the company.
