What is cool?
Once a Swedish minister stated that “it’s cool to pay taxes” (something some renamed to sexy). We will not go down that lane of discussion, but you have to ask yourself what is cool in your organization. Is it cool to question your present business and ways of working? Is it cool to cross budget lines? Is it cool to use information access and analysis tools for improvements? Is it cool to work for the greater good? And what have you? Please, make it cool. And please, stay cool and you will remain warm, in spite of the weather forecast telling us about a harsh winter in the beginning of next year.
